Australia's funniest at the 2017 Edinburgh Festival Fringe

A host of Australia's biggest names and most exciting rising stars are all set to perform at the largest arts festival in the world – the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Hannah Gadsby, winner of the 2017 Melbourne International Comedy Festival's Barry Award, will be showcasing her stand-up swansong Nanette. Fellow 2017 Barry nominees Damien Power (who also picked up the Pinder Prize), Anne Edmonds and Tom Walker will be making the journey.

Former winner of Edinburgh's Best Comedy award Sam Simmons will be performing his new show A–K;; 2016 Edinburgh Best Comedy nominee Tom Ballard will be making his triumphant return; Steen Raskopoulos will be bringing his critically acclaimed The Coolest Kid In Competetive Chess; and Sarah Kendall will be debuting her brand new show, One – Seventeen
