Tom Ballard to bring his hit podcast live to the stage in Sydney

Fresh from picking up the Best of the Fest (Local) award at the Sydney Comedy Festival and a Helpmann nomination for Best Comedy Performer, Tom Ballard has announced that he will be bringing his acclaimed podcast Like I'm A Six-Year-Old live to the stage in Sydney for the first time.

A one-on-one interview show about politics and how the world works, LIASYO is like Kitchen Cabinet with less cooking and more swearing. Previous guests have included the likes of Waleed Aly, Peter Reith, Senator Sarah Hanson-Young, Ronny Chieng, Tracey Spicer and Father Bob Maguire.

For this special event, the comedian, philanthropist and philanderer will record two live episodes featuring in-depth conversations with the Deputy Leader of the Opposition and Member for Sydney Tanya Plibersek, and Sky News journalist and opinion columnist Caroline Marcus.

This will be Australia's last chance to catch Ballard until he jets off to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. It's happening at Giant Dwarf on Wednesday 12 July. Tickets are available here
