Lano & Woodley in Space

“Lano and Woodley in space will definitely be our best show yet, with no mistakes or missteps. Definitely.” Colin Lane

“I’m so lucky that Col has written this wonderful play. This time I’m definitely going to read it. Definitely.” Frank Woodley

Lano & Woodley are all alone on a spaceship.  Or are they?  Commander Col is focused on their important mission. Co-pilot Woodley … isn’t.

One thing is for sure, when Frank and Colin launch into space, the stage will come alive with an hour of sublime, inventive and ridiculous comedy.

Filled with their virtuosic physical routines and hilarious love/hate bickering, Lano & Woodley in Space is side-splitting fun to infinity and beyond.

Join Australia’s favourite comedy double act for the Space adventure to possibly end all Space adventures.

“Mayhem, absurdity and merriment” ★★★★ The Age

“Two of our greatest virtuosos of comedy.” Herald Sun

“The soaraway feelgood hit of the festival” ★★★★★ Chortle

Lano (Colin Lane) & Woodley (Frank Woodley) came together in 1986 as two parts of a three hander called The Found Objects. When three became two in 1994, they became Lano & Woodley for a show at Melbourne’s tiny Carlton Courthouse.  That show went on to win the prestigious Perrier Award for best comedy in Edinburgh, making Lano & Woodley only the second Australian artists to take out the award at that time. They returned home to full houses and a TV show co-produced with the ABC and BBC. Their live shows are revered by audiences and critics alike, setting the standard and inspiring generations of Australian comedians.
