Australia’s funniest are coming to Melbourne’s Comedy Theatre in 2018

A host of Australia’s funniest will descend on The Comedy Theatre next year as part of the 2018 Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Announced today, six-time winner of the festival’s People Choice Award Wil Anderson will perform his brand new show Wilegal from 28 March – 22 April. Star of The Weekly and host of Hard Quiz, Tom Gleeson will bring Sure Thing to the festival from 11 – 19 April; co-host of The Project Peter Helliar will perform three shows only of his brand new hour Big Boy Pants on 14, 15 & 21 April; and co-creator and star of Rosehaven Celia Pacquola’s new show All Talk will take place from 28 March – 8 April.

Furthermore, Judith Lucy and Denise Scott will perform a reprise of their smash-hit show Disappointments on 7, 8 & 20 – 22 April.

Tickets to the general public will go on-sale on Thursday 7 December at 9am through Ticketmaster.
