Terms & Conditions

How to Enter

1. To enter the competition, you must be a subscriber to the comedy.com.au VIP mailing list for the Melbourne region. You can subscribe here
2. The competition closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Thursday 4 April 2024.
3. This competition is run by Token Events Pty Ltd (ABN 49 079 274 329) of 35 Easey Street, Collingwood VIC 3066 (Promoter).
4. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
5. All entrants must be 18 years and over. The entrant must provide evidence of such consent to the Promoter upon request.

Prizes

1. This competition is based on a game of chance.
2. One winner will be selected.
3. The winner will be selected at random by the Promoter within 24 hours after the competition closing date.
4. Winners will be notified via the email address they provided when subscribing to the comedy.com.au VIP mailing list.
5. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner will receive an overnight stay on Thursday, 11 April 2024 at Rydges Melbourne, 186 Exhibition St, Melbourne VIC 3000. The overnight stay includes a Rydges Deluxe Corner King room with breakfast for two and overnight parking.
7. The prize is valued at $546.00.
8. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the first contact made by the Promoter, the prize may be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining eligible Entries.
9. The Promoter will contact the winner with further details on how to claim their prize, and the Promoter may request documentary evidence to verify the winner’s identity and address.
10. The prize is not exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
