Steen Raskopoulos joins Friends star Lisa Kudrow in new sitcom

Just announced! Funny man Steen Raskopoulos is set to play alongside Friends star Lisa Kudrow in a new comedy series for UK’s E4 and Netflix global.

Written by award-winning comedian Mae Martin and Joe Hampson, the six-part sitcom Mae and George has begun production in Manchester and is set for release late 2019.

Also joining Raskopoulos and Kudrow in the cast is Charlotte Ritchie, Sophie Thompson, Adrian Lukis, Phil Burgers, Ophelia Lovibond and Tom Durant-Pritchard.

Mae and George is about a recovering addict who gets into an all-consuming relationship with her new girlfriend.

Steen Raskopoulos is known for his work in the BBC comedy series Top Coppers, True Stories with Hamish & Andy and ABC’s Squinters.
