Yack Festival to return for 2018
Yack, the little festival for people who can’t shut up, is set to return for its sophomore season.
In 2017, the inaugural Yack Festival saw thousands of Sydneysiders converge upon Redfern’s Giant Dwarf to see interesting people banging on over two jam-packed weeks. It saw Wil Anderson and Ronny Chieng ‘Wilosophise’ live on stage; John Safran talk extremists; The Kates from Get Krack!n discuss making television with Benjamin Law; Myf Warhurst, Zan Rowe, Tom Ballard and Stan Grant record live podcasts; and Hannah and Eliza Reilly debate with their mates.
Yack Festival cemented itself as a very cool thing to do.
Now they’re ready to do it all again with the first announcement of the 2018 Yack Festival lineup on the horizon.
