Jude Perl Tries To Finish A Sentence

Talking is hard. And no one knows that better than multi-award-winning singer, songwriter and comedian Jude Perl. Firstly, there’s the risk of damage to vocal cords from trying to talk loudly (because if you’re going to talk, it might as well be at least 70 decibels in volume). Secondly, there’s the possibility of running out of breath whilst talking, which can increase symptoms of dizziness, dehydration and sweat patches. And finally, there’s the actual choice of words, which, let’s be honest, is a complete nightmare! Did you know that not everyone agrees with each other about things?

Jude Perl embarks on their greatest challenge to date – to say one definitive statement. Analysing great wordsmiths of our time and delving into completely unnecessary pathologising of behaviours stemmed from fear of ex-communication, Jude makes a promise to you, every night, that at least once, they will finish, or at least try to finish, I mean, look it might be hard depending on what’s going on, there’s a few factors to keep in mind, there’s a good chance that Jude will be able to say one thought or opinion that doesn’t need qualifying, but I guess, everyone’s looking at things from all different lenses, so sometimes it’s hard to predict whether the feeling in the room that night doesn’t warrant some amount of disclaimers, it’s just that we know everyone’s going through a lot right now, so no one wants to be insensitive here, I mean, I guess some people do want to be insensitive, and Jude can’t speak for them, but maybe she should speak for them, I’m not sure… (see more)
